Terms and Conditions - Rs. 100 Swiggy Voucher

1. This offer entitles  the end user Rs. 100 off on the Food Partner App  (Swiggy) in India only. The Value will be mentioned on the voucher
2. This offer is available only on online payment option and not available on COD. 
3. The discount is valid on sub total amount (i.e. only on the Food Value Amount), which excludes delivery (+packaging), restaurant charges and GST charges. 
4. Offer valid for all days of the week.
5. Any Order that customers place on the App is subject to product availability, Delivery capacity and acceptance by Partner and participating restaurant.
6. Discount is offered on minimum purchase  and maximum of 1 transaction only on one promo Code. The balance cost (after discount) of the order will be charged to the credit/ debit card of the end user.
7. A maximum of 1 code can be used per transaction.
8. If the value of the Order is less than the value of the voucher, the balance is non-refundable and cannot be carried forward or used in any other transaction.
9. This offer is only for Home Delivery.
10. This offer is subject to promotional availability.
11. In no event shall the maximum liability exceed the value of the voucher i.e. Rs. 100.

General Terms & Conditions
1. This Voucher entitles you to an assured Rs. 100 Food Voucher in select cities of India.
2. The "How to Use/Redeem" instructions form a part of these Terms & Conditions.
3. Any costs associated with entering the promotion, including accessing the promotional website, are the responsibility of each participant. Also, regular call and message rates will apply as per the consumer telecom operator in their respective circles.
4. Only one voucher code per booking will be entertained. Multiple vouchers cannot be booked together.
5. A maximum of one voucher can be used per person, per mobile number during the promotion period.
6. The participant needs to pay for any other products/services availed through Swiggy while availing the reward under this Offer.
7. Premier and L’Oréal holds no legal and financial liability on unclaimed offers, incentives, vouchers, etc beyond the applicable period of the promotional offer.
8. This offer is subject to promotional availability and government regulations.
9. Under this promotion, the vouchers are being offered directly by Premier and thus L’Oréal is not responsible either directly or indirectly with respect to any matter pertaining to this voucher and the prize offered with this voucher.
10. Premier and/or L’Oréal reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this offer, including extending, withdrawing, or discontinuing the same without notice, without assigning any reason, at their sole discretion and without any liability.
11. Premier and/or L’Oréal shall not be liable in any manner for any cost or expense incurred for the purpose of redemption of the Voucher.
12. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of Premier and/or L’Oréal including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorized intervention or fraud, the Premier and/or L’Oréal r reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to invalidate any customer; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
13. Premier and/or L’Oréal is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone or network or lines, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on a mobile network, or any combination thereof, or any other technical failures including any damage to particiapnt's or any other person's mobile handset or computer related to, or resulting from, participation in this promotion or the downloading of any materials related to this promotion.
14. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned because of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, technical failures or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of Premier and/or L’Oréal which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, Premier and/or L’Oréal reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.
15. Any attempt to deliberately damage the Premier and/or L’Oréal’s promotional website or the information on the website, to cause malicious damage or interference with the normal functioning of the website, or to otherwise undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, whether successful or not, Premier and/or L’Oréal reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. If Premier and/or L’Oréal suffers loss or incurs any costs in connection with any breach of these terms or any other legal obligation by an participant, the participant agrees to indemnify the Premier and L’Oréal for those losses, damages, and costs.
16. This voucher has no monetary value, is non-transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
17. Premier and/or L’Oréal accept no responsibility, financial or otherwise for the misuse of these vouchers and are not liable for any personal loss or injury and cannot be held responsible for any disagreement concerning quality/ availability of featured offer.
18. L’Oréal does not endorse the quality of any of the products or services being offered by the Premier or by Swiggy. Any complaints or queries pertaining to the same would have to be taken up directly with the Premier or respective platform.
19. Premier and/or L’Oréal cannot replace any lost, stolen or damaged vouchers and reserve the right to withdraw or amend any details without notice.
20. Participation in Offer and acceptance of the rewards constitutes permission to L’Oréal to use the participant's name, relevant details and/or photographs for purposes of publicity, advertising and/or trade without further compensation or notice. L’Oréal reserves the right to use the participant’s names and Offer entries for promotion and post-coverage of the Offer on L’Oréal’s social media platforms and other platforms.
21. L’Oréal shall neither indemnify nor shall be held responsible for any insurance, injury (including fatal), loss (temporary or permanent), damage (direct or incidental), disruption, theft to person or whatsoever including but not limited to deficiency in service or quality. 
22. To the extent legally permitted, L’Oréal excludes all conditions, warranties, guarantees and similar, whether express or implied, as to the condition, suitability, quality, fitness or safety of any goods or services or Rewards provided by it (Warranties), other than those implied by statute which may not be legally excluded.  Any liability we may have to the participant under warranties implied by statute which cannot be excluded is limited, where expressly permitted by statute, to supplying, or paying the cost of supplying, the goods or services again or repairing, or paying the costs of repairing, the goods, at our option. 
23. If a participant is dissatisfied with the Offer or the Offer rules and/or any content or any requirements of the Offer form, the materials available related thereto, or with these terms and conditions, his/her sole and exclusive remedy is to not participate in the Offer.
24. Products without this offer is also available. 
25. The participation in the Offer is purely voluntary and the same shall be construed as an acceptance of the terms and conditions stipulated herein. 
26. These Terms & Conditions are subject to Indian Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Mumbai.
27. This offer is not available to employees or distributors of L’Oréal and Premier, its clients or agencies.
